2021 MAZDA CX-30 Forward Collision Avoidance Dynamic Brake Supportbrake Assist Problems

The contact owns a 2021 Mazda CX-30. The contact stated that while at a stop sign, the vehicle was bouncing up and down. The contact mentioned that the failure recurred multiple times and only while the vehicle was stopped. The dealer was contacted but was unable to provide a diagnosis. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. In addition, while driving at approximately 8 mph, the brake assist warning light illuminated, and the brake assist applied independently while there was nothing in front of the vehicle.
