2021 MAZDA CX-30 Forward Collision Avoidance Automatic Emergency Braking Problems

Two issues A) my usb or display stop to work often I have reset to make it work again, look like loose electrical 2) many time it has also happened start key malfunction error I have jumped start, I have replaced battery same issue

On March 9, 2023 - car brakes failed at a red light and vehicle collided with an oncoming car coming from the adjacent direction. Vehicle proceeded not to brake for an additional 30 sec minum at which the brakes finally engaged. There was no braking alert - the smart braking system did not engage and there was Forward Collision warning. It is available for inspection upon request. My safety and the safety of oncoming passengers were at risk which could have been fatal Insurance representatives have not yet inspected. Absolutely no warning lots engaged.

Sudden, enexpected emergency braking when there was no vehicle or any other obstruction in front of me. Luckily, the distance between me and the car behind me was great enough to prevent me from being rear ended.

AFTER TURNING LEFT AT A SIGNALED INTERSECTION ONTO A HIGHWAY THE AUTOMATIC BRAKING ENGAGED AND THE CAR SKIDDED TO A STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LANE. LUCKILY NOBODY WAS BEHIND US. THERE WAS A CAR ABOUT 4 CAR LENGTHS AHEAD THAT WAS GOING THE SAME SPEED AND WAS NOT STOPPED. I PULLED OVER AND CHECKED THE FRONT SENSOR AND NOTICED A COUPLE BLACK FLIES ON IT AND BRUSHED THEM OFF.
