The contact stated that shortly after, he and his wife noticed a significant amount of blood coming from the cut. The contact sought medical attention a few days later. The contact's wife added that the contact was diabetic and takes blood thinners. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, a complaint was filed, and an engineer was sent to take pictures of the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.
