Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while exiting the vehicle, he opened the front driver's door and scraped his leg on the edge of the door. The contact stated that shortly after, he and his wife noticed a significant amount of blood coming from the cut. The contact sought medical attention a few days later. The contact's wife added that the contact was diabetic and takes blood thinners. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, a complaint was filed, and an engineer was sent to take pictures of the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.
