FRONT PASSENGER SIDE LOWER TRACK BAR BRACKETS WILL SHEAR OFF AND BREAK LEAVING TRACK BAR FLOATING IN FRONT END. THIS CAN OCCUR ON LOW MILEAGE VEHICLES AND IS REPORTED MANY TIMES ON THE INTERNET BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN LEAD TO A ROLLOVER OF THE VEHICLE. IT HAS HAPPEND SO MANY TIMES THAT AFTERMARKET COMPANIES ARE MAKING AFTERMARKET KITS TO REPAIR THE BROKEN BRACKETS NOW. TODAY TOOK THE FORD 1999, 250 SD CREW-CAB TO MY MECHANIC, A FUNNY NOISE, LIKE METAL TO METAL IN THE FRONT AREA OF THE SUSPENSION...SOMETIME NOT ALL THE TIME, TECH DOES NOT KNOWS WHAT IT IS, GUESSED IS RELATED TO THE LEAF SPRING WORNOUT BUSHINGS...PLUS SWAY BARS END TIPS...TOLD ME THAT FEW PARTS HAD TO BE CHANGED..AND EVEN SO, HE DID NOT ASSURED ME THAT THE NOISE WILL DISAPPEARED.... IT'S BEEN A VERY GOOD TRUCK, ONLY OIL, BRAKES, BATTERIES, ETC. WHAT A DILEMMA ??? *TR
