All Electronic Stability Control Esc Complaints
SPARK PLUG THREAD DEFECT IN #2 CYLINDER CAUSING LOW COMPRESSION AND POSSIBLE BENT VALVE DAMAGED BY PLUG DEBRIS. THE CYLINDER WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED TO CORRECT PROBLEM. THIS IS A KNOWN CONDITION WITH FORD AND THE 5.4 TYPE ENGINE AND THEY IGNORE THERE RESPONSIBILITY COMPLETELY. THE REPAIR IS AT A COST OF ABOUT TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THEY SHOULD TAKE SOME ALLOWANCE TO CUSTOMERS THAT OWN THERE PRODUCT. POOR QUALITY AND DESIGN WILL ONLY CONTINUE TO REDUCE AMERICAN CONFIDENCE IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY. *TR
99 F-250 DIESEL STALLS ON FREEWAY. REPLACED THE RECALLED CAM SHAFT SENSOR BUT STILL STALLS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ACCELERATOR POSITION SENSOR COULD BE THE PROBLEM AND MANY OTHER CONSUMERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THE CAM SHAFT SENSOR WAS RECALLED DUE TO STALLING AND CAUSING POSSIBLE INJURY ACCIDENTS AND THIS SHOULD BE RECALLED FOR THE SAME REASON. MY FAMILY IS IN DANGER WHILE DRIVING THIS TRUCK. FORD KNOWS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. I SUPPOSE THEY ARE WAITING FOR ENOUGH PEOPLE TO DIE FROM THIS PROBLEM FOR IT TO BE RESOLVED. I WONDER HOW MANY HAVE DIED FROM THIS PROBLEM AND WERE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHAT HAPPENED DUE TO THEIR DEATHS. *TR
