THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE SOFTWARE WAS CORRUPTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
