NHTSA Complaint #11712934 — 2024 JEEP WRANGLER 4XE

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle stalled with the main battery warning light and other unknown warning lights illuminated. That was the third time that the vehicle had stalled. The vehicle was coasted to the side of the road, and after approximately 45 minutes, the vehicle restarted. The vehicle restarted but vibrated abnormally and failed to operate normally. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer after each failure, and the contact was informed that there was a recall associated for the failur,e but there was no part yet available for the repair. The contact researched online and became aware that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V710000 (Electrical System). The contact had not received a notification of the recall. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
