NHTSA Complaint #11718618 — 2024 JEEP WRANGLER 4XE

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 MPH, the vehicle stalled. Several minutes later, the vehicle restarted and operated normally. On other occasions, the vehicle had to be towed to the residence after the failure. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed; however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V710000 (Electrical System) and 25V766000 (Engine); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and the contact was informed that parts were not yet available for the recall repairs. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
