NHTSA Complaint #11707999 — 2024 JEEP WRANGLER 4XE

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the engine stalled. The vehicle was able to restart. In addition, the contact stated that the infotainment system independently turned off intermittently. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at the dealer for a service appointment, the contact was informed of unrepaired recalls. In addition, the contact was informed that the recall remedy parts were not available. The contact later received recall notifications and notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V766000(Engine); however, the part to do the recall repair was not available. The contact stated that the dealer stated that the vehicle was safe to drive; however, the contact was afraid to drive the vehicle because the unrepaired recall was a fire risk. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
