The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number 25V710000 (Electrical System), and the dealer had informed the contact that the VIN was also associated with NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V741000 (Electrical System) and 25V766000 (Engine); however, the parts to complete the recalls repairs were not yet available. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the high-voltage battery had failed and required replacement. The contact was informed that the recall remedy would not fully repair the battery. The dealer also confirmed that the remedy was not available for the other related recalls. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time to complete the recalls repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 12,900.
