NHTSA Complaint #11702195 — 2021 CHRYSLER PACIFICA PLUG-IN HYBRID

The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a power inverter module (PIM) failure. The dealer replaced the power inverter module (PIM); however, the failure persisted. The dealer determined that the hybrid battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
