The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V552000 (Structure). The contact called an unknown local dealer and was referred to a Dodge dealer for assistance. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that there was no warranty coverage on the vehicle and the parts were not yet available. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The failure mileage was approximately 14,272.
