The contact stated that while reversing, the rearview camera was inoperable and the message "Camera Unavailable" was displayed. Occasionally, the rearview camera displayed a blue image. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
