NHTSA Complaint #11685992 — 2019 FORD FLEX

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while in reverse, the back-over prevention screen turned blue. Occasionally, the image was clear, but then it flickered off. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer on two occasions, who confirmed that the vehicle might not be repaired under recall yet. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 39,000.
