NHTSA Complaint #11663936 — 2019 FORD FLEX

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while attempting to reverse out of a parking spot, the rearview camera image displayed on the screen was displayed upside down. There was no warning light illuminated. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was informed that the VIN was not under recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 66,000.
