NHTSA Complaint #11650997 — 2019 FORD FLEX

My camera (rearview) had been dysfunctional for quite sometime and I could not use it. I finally got it fixed 1/9/25 when I brought my car in for a oil change. I bought a great warranty and only had to pay my deductible of $100. Within a month, I got a recall letter for the same reason with the camera. I called Ford corp office and they told me to get the invoice from Ford and send it with the letter to you for reimbursement. So excited to get me $100.00 back for this.
