The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while the vehicle was receiving an oil change and inspection, the contact was informed that the lug nuts were swollen. The contact was informed that the lug nuts needed to be replaced. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed with 18 swollen lug nuts. The contact was informed that the lug nuts needed to be replaced. The lug nuts were replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 46,900.
