The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer for routine service and the mechanic discovered that the lug nuts on all four wheels had swollen and the factory lug tool could not be used to remove the lug nuts. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 47,400.
