The contact stated that the vehicle was scheduled for the recall repair; however, the recall repair was not completed. The contact was informed that the recall repair was not completed due to the tool not being available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,093.
