Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH on the freeway, the vehicle lost power and stalled. After several minutes, the vehicle restarted. The “Service Engine - Stop Soon” message was displayed. The vehicle had previously been taken to the local dealer, Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep (16701 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, CA 92647), where the computer was programmed, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 60,682.
