The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at slower speeds, the service charging station light illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, he was able to restart the vehicle. The contact also stated that the check engine warning light intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it had not yet been diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
