NHTSA Complaint #11590749 — 2021 CHEVROLET TAHOE

I was parked with engine on idling and the engine shut off. Tried to restart and it started shaking very rough idle, I turned off and tried to restart it would not start, I tried again and it started shaking again and shut off but the displays stayed on in the car. I called the Chevy dealer and had it towed to them. They ran diagnostics and confirmed it was an internal short inside fuel pump driver control module. They replaced and tested functional now. This is the second time they have replaced this part. The first time was last year driving when the engine decelerated and shut off. This is a safety issue and could be hazardous. My concern is this will happen again and I could be put in a very dangerous situation. I saw a bulletin issued for my vehicle with the same type of issue but my vehicle was not recalled to address Product Safety Recall N212332040 Stall While Driving Copyright 2021 General Motors.
