NHTSA Complaint #11580421 — 2018 RAM 2500

The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed and attempting to slow the vehicle, there was an abnormal grinding sound emanating from the brakes. The traction control and ABS warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the rear brakes. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
