The contact owns a 2015 Ford Edge. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 5 MPH, the transmission failed to shift as needed. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission and engine needed to be replaced. The transmission was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 152,742.
