NHTSA Complaint #11573478 — 2015 FORD EDGE

My car only has 73,367 miles on it and was experiencing a misfire on #4 cylinder. My Ford dealer ran a test on it and said coolant from the 2.0 EcoBoost is leaking into the cylinder and it will burn up the engine which could lock up on me while driving. This is a known defect, but Ford has not done a recall on it. My dealer told me they have heard Ford Co helping some people with the replacement cost, so why won't they help everyone? It is ridiculous to have to get a whole new engine (which is what our dealer is suggesting) when my car has such low mileage. Is there anyone I could reach out to for help getting this defect recalled and fixed? Fortunately, I found about this danger before I drove it too long and the engine froze up on my while driving.
