NHTSA Complaint #11569329 — 2019 FORD FLEX

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated while reversing the rearview camera failed to operate as needed. There was no warning light illuminated. The message "Camera Unavailable" was displayed on the infotainment screen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not repaired. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V342000 (Back Over Prevention) as a possible solution to the failure however, neither the VIN nor the vehicle was included in the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.
