The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving at 2 MPH, the engine started backfiring, and the vehicle was shuddering. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer to be diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,500.
