Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Flex. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the back over prevention camera displayed images upside down. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with back over prevention camera failure. The contact was informed that the back over prevention camera needed to be replaced. Due to parts being on backorder the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 45,640.
