NHTSA Complaint #11529928 — 2013 FORD EDGE

i have ran my VIN on multiple site and the dealership said the did their inspection on the vehicle. The VIN is showing that there is no recalls on this car. However we noticed things going wrong with the Edge. Even though we bought the car as is, this shouldn't be happening if they did things right. The back up camera saying to contact the dealership, we have to go into the settings and switch from park to drive to somewhat fix the problem. The sync and myford touch has been update as of last week, to 3.10. However the system will switch songs, inputs and even go into the settings while the vehicle is on; without anyone touching the screen. The dealership has told me that they put in a new battery and that everything is fine when we bought it. Its not making any sense, i dont believe that they did the inspection the correct way or they wouldve noticed the issues and wouldve been resolved. I have even went so far as to take it to the dealer and show him but of course my car decided to work in that moment, until i left
