NHTSA Complaint #11505811 — 2021 CHRYSLER PACIFICA PLUG-IN HYBRID

The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact received notification of the NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V010000 (Electrical System, Hybrid Propulsion System) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact then stated that the front panel electrically started to malfunction, and the vehicle intermittently hesitated then stalled. The dealer was notified of the failure however, the contact was informed that he was unable to schedule an appointment until the end of March 2023. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, the contact stated that the call was disconnected. The failure mileage was approximately 6,100. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
