Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The contact stated while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle jerked sharply to the right while the power steering assist warning light and other unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact mentioned that the power steering failed to function as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not yet diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 140,000.
