Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (SUSPENSION) however, the part to the recall was unavailable. The contact called the local dealer along with a second dealer Lynch Chevrolet Cadillac of Auburn Parts (154 W Creek Pkwy, Auburn, AL 36830: (334) 246-0398) and was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact attempted to reach the manufacturer but was unable to speak to anyone. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
