NHTSA Complaint #11436190 — 2014 FORD FUSION

My 2014 ford fusion eco boost was cranked, a message popped up about overheating and the pedal went out. 2 Car shops later, ive replaced the thermostat, water pump and timing belt to find now it has a cracked engine. I have never missed a oil change and always kept fluids in my car, it has less than 60,000 miles. This a a defective issue in a court case strung out for years about allecoboosts. People are buying these cars like me, i paid $26,000 for mine and having the engine blown shortly after and all ecoboosts are. This is a ford issue and I should not be held responsible to pay for a new engine, esp when it will happen again with the new engine as it is a defect from ford !!
