The contact owns a 2016 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while his wife was driving 55 MPH, she heard abnormally loud sounds coming from the rear of the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
