Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2020 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while reversing the vehicle, the back over protection screen turned blue and the contact was unable to see the road. The contact stated that the reverse brake assist warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer ten times within 11 months, but the mechanic was unable to diagnose the cause of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,100.
