TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR LATCH FAILED TO LATCH SECURELY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 98,016. CONSUMER STATED BOTH DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND DRIVER SIDE BACK DOOR WILL NOT LOCK. LATCH IS PREVENTING THE DOORS FROM LOCKING.*JB
