Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the dealer had previously replaced the passenger's side rear door latch assembly; however, the failure recurred on the passenger's side front door. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 170,000.
