Consumer Description

THE DRIVERS SIDE HEATED SEAT FUNCTION WILL SHUTOFF AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15 TO 30 SECONDS OF USE AND DISABLES THE USE OF THE HEATED OR COOLING FUNCTION UNTIL THE TRUCK IS TURNED OFF COMPLETELY AND RESTARTED. THE DEALERSHIP REVIEWED AND SAID IT WAS COMMON AND REQUIRES REWIRING OF BOTH SEATS DUE TO OHM-AGE DIFFERENCE. THE COST OF THE REPAIR WAS $700 TO $900 WHICH SEEMS EXCESSIVE AND IF COMMON WHY WOULD IT NOT BE RECALLED?*DT*JB
