Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A SHUDDER IN THE TRANSMISSION. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A FIELD SERVICE ACTION AND HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED AT ALLAN VIGIL FORD (6790 MT ZION BLVD, MORROW, GA 30260). THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE REPAIR, THE TRANSMISSION WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE OF $2,800 TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND A CASE WAS FILED WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 197,000.
