TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHRYSLER 200. AFTER MAKING A COMPLETE STOP, THE VEHICLE STALLED. WHILE DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE EVENTUALLY SURGED AHEAD WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE FAILURES COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 36,000.
