NHTSA Complaint #11557955 — 2016 CHRYSLER 200

The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle inadvertently lost motive power. The contact was able to coast to the shoulder of the roadway, where the vehicle failed to restart. After jumpstarting the vehicle, the vehicle returned to normal functionality, but the failure became a regular occurrence. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but did not assist. The failure mileage was 135,000.
