TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, THE STEERING FAILED. NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND DID FIND A FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT MADE AWARE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE BUT REFUSED TO ASSIST FURTHER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,000. THE CONSUMER STATED COMPUTER CONTROLS STEERING AND FORCED IT TO SHUT DOWN *BF *TR
