Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING LOW SPEEDS, THE ENGINE SHUDDERED AND THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CLEVELAND FORD (2496 S. LEE HWY, CLEVELAND, TN), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED TRUCK ALSO HAS NUMEROUS SIGNAL LOSSES ON TAC SATELLITE RADIO SIGNAL. CONSUMER TOOK IT TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.*JB
