Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS WITH THE REAR DEFROSTER ACTIVATED, A LOUD, ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW WAS SHATTERED. DAHL FORD DAVENPORT (1310 E KIMBERLY RD, DAVENPORT, IA 52807, (563) 391-2600) WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
