TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. WHEN THE CONTACT STARTED THE VEHICLE AND PLACED IT IN DRIVE, THE REAR DRIVER SIDE WINDOW SHATTERED WITHOUT WARNING OR AN IMPACT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL GLASS REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO THE REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 107,000.
