TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE THROTTLE BODY FAILED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BILL PIERRE FORD INC (11525 LAKE CITY WAY NE, SEATTLE, WA 98125) AND THE THROTTLE BODY WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,738. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
