Consumer Description

THE CAR SHAKES AND STUTTERS IN LOWER GEAR AND IT IS VERY DANGEROUS. WHEN I GO FROM A STOP INTO FIRST GEAR THE CAR WILL NOT IMMEDIATELY START AND WHEN IT DOES, IT SHUTTERS. THE WHOLE CAR SHAKES WHEN I AM DRIVING IN THE CITY BECAUSE OF THE START/STOP. THIS IS GOING TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. OTHER FORD FOCUS CARS FROM 2015 ARE RECALLED, BUT MINE IS NOT FOR SOME REASON. THE TRANSMISSION IS GOING TO FAIL AND I ASKED FORD TO HELP RE-SET THE TRANSMISSION OR REPLACE IT, AND THEY WILL NOT. PLEASE HELP ME.
