2014 FORD ESCAPE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO INOPERABLE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE MALFUNCTION OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALERSHIP WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAD TO BE MANUALLY RESET IN ORDER TO OPERATE CORRECTLY.
