Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING FORD ESCAPE, SUDDENLY MY POWER STEERING WAS STUCKED AND I COULDN'T MOVE IT. FORTUNATELY IT WAS HAPPENED ON STOP SIGN. I TRIED HARD TO MOVE MY STEERING AND TRY TO PULL MY CAR UPTO DEALERSHIP. I FOUND FORD DID SO MANY RECALLS IN PREVIOUS YEAR. ONE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT MY FORD HAS ONLY 36500 KMS ON IT. I PRESENTED THIS CASE TO FORD DEALERSHIP AND THEY HAND IT OVER $2450 BILL. THIS IS SERIOUS ISSUE REGARDING SAFETY ON ROAD. IT NEEDS TO BE OPEN RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE AND FORD HAS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
